2. Who should use DIHZINE Studio?

This service is ideal for new brands, startups, home-based businesses, food entrepreneurs and businesses that do not yet have packaging artwork. If you have a product idea but no logo, packaging design or print-ready artwork, DIHZINE Studio can help you get started.

3. I already have my packaging design. Do I need to use the AI design service?

No. If you already have your packaging artwork and do not need a new design, you can visit https://www.dihzine.com, upload your existing artwork and place your printing order through the normal ordering process.

4. Can I use this platform if I have never designed packaging before?

Yes. The platform is designed to make the packaging design process easier for beginners. You can provide your brand name, product information, ingredients, logo and other details to start developing a packaging design concept.

5. Does DIHZINE Studio provide design and printing together?

Yes. Depending on the available options, you can purchase a design service only or proceed with both design and printing. Printing charges, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown separately where applicable.

6. Will you provide a CDR file after generating my design?

No. DIHZINE Studio provides the final design in PDF format. We do not provide CorelDRAW (CDR), Adobe Photoshop (PSD) or Adobe Illustrator (AI) source files under the standard design service.

The PDF is prepared for printing through DIHZINE's production workflow.

7. Will the PDF file be printable?

Yes. The PDF is intended for use within the DIHZINE printing workflow, subject to the applicable design specifications and production checks. We prepare artwork to support high-quality printing through DIHZINE.

8. Can I use the same PDF file with another printing company?

We do not guarantee that another printer or printing professional can use the supplied PDF directly. Different printing companies may require different file formats, dimensions, bleed settings, colour profiles, dielines or other production specifications.

Please confirm the requirements with your chosen printer before purchasing the design service if you intend to print elsewhere.

9. Can I modify my design after final approval?

Once you finalise and approve your design, modifications are not included in the original design fee. You may request additional changes as a separate paid service, subject to availability and applicable charges.

Please carefully check all text, ingredients, nutrition information, addresses, logos and other details before approving your design.

10. Can AI generate the complete front and back packaging design?

The platform is intended to help you create packaging design concepts, including front and back artwork where supported. You can provide your product details and creative preferences to guide the process.

All generated content should be reviewed and corrected before approval, particularly product text and mandatory declarations.

11. Can I upload my own logo and product images?

Yes, where the relevant upload features are available. You can provide your logo, product images and other brand assets to help personalise your packaging design. You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use the materials you upload.

12. Can I download my design and print it later?

If you purchase a design-only service, the final PDF will be supplied according to the service terms. You can return to DIHZINE to arrange printing later, subject to the applicable order process and availability.

The standard design service does not include editable source files.

13. Can I order printed pouches through DIHZINE?

Yes. DIHZINE offers packaging and printing solutions, including stand-up pouches and other available packaging formats. Visit https://www.dihzine.com to explore current products, specifications and pricing.

14. Can I choose the pouch size, finish and transparent window?

Available options depend on the packaging product. Where offered, you can select the appropriate size, matte or glossy finish, and window or material construction options during the ordering process.

Always verify the selected specifications before confirming your order.

15. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

DIHZINE promotes no-minimum-order-quantity printing solutions for eligible products. Available quantities and prices depend on the product and selected specifications. Please check the current options on the DIHZINE website.

16. How much does packaging printing cost?

Printing prices depend on the pouch size, quantity, construction, printing option and applicable taxes. Shipping charges may be additional. The price shown for your selected configuration should be reviewed before payment.

17. How long will my order take?

For eligible domestic express orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM IST, the target dispatch timeline is 48–72 working hours. Normal orders have an expected dispatch timeline of 25 days.

These are dispatch timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates. Additional transit time is required for the shipping partner to deliver your parcel.

18. Can I collect my order directly from your store?

Yes. Self-collection is currently available from our Bangalore store without an additional self-collection charge. Please coordinate with our team and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.

19. Can I arrange my own courier or transport company?

Yes. You can arrange your own logistics provider to collect your completed order from our Bangalore facility. Please coordinate the pickup in advance and ensure that the provider gives an appropriate acknowledgement for the parcel.

We do not hand over parcels through buses, trains or aircraft without a suitable documented acknowledgement.

20. Can DIHZINE help me obtain a GS1 barcode, EAN or UPC?

DIHZINE provides barcode-related services through its dedicated portal, https://barcodewala.com. Visit the portal to explore available barcode services, registration options and applicable requirements.

The appropriate barcode type and registration route depend on your business needs and the requirements of your target retailers or marketplaces.

21. What is a barcode used for?

A product barcode helps identify a product or product variation within systems that support the relevant barcode standard. It may be used in retail, inventory management, distribution and marketplace workflows.

A barcode alone does not guarantee that a product will be listed in a retailer's database or accepted by every marketplace.

22. Does every product variation need a separate barcode?

Different product variations may require distinct product identifiers, depending on the applicable GS1 rules and the nature of the variation. Examples may include different sizes, pack quantities or product configurations.

Please confirm the requirements for your specific products before purchasing barcode services.

23. Can DIHZINE help me obtain an FSSAI licence?

Yes. Through our Food Mitra service, we assist eligible food businesses with FSSAI licence or registration applications, subject to the applicable requirements.

The appropriate application type depends on your business activity and eligibility.

24. Can I get my FSSAI licence in just one hour?

Our Food Mitra service offers an expedited application assistance option advertised for processing in as little as one hour. Actual completion depends on eligibility, document verification, the relevant application process and the competent authority's systems and decisions.

We cannot guarantee that the government will issue or approve every licence within one hour. Please contact our team to confirm the current service scope and requirements.

25. What payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment processing is subject to the supported options and the terms of the relevant payment provider.

26. Can I get a refund after my design has been finalised?

Completed and finalised design services are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the exceptions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a payment is duplicated or incorrect, or a paid service is not delivered as agreed, please contact our support team for review.

27. Will you provide a refund if I change my mind after approving the design?

Ordinarily, changing your mind after the design has been completed and approved does not qualify for a refund. Additional changes may be available as a separate paid service.

This does not remove any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

28. Will DIHZINE sell or advertise my personal information?

No. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money as a business practice, and we do not intend to use your private design files for unrelated advertising.

We use information to provide the Services, manage orders, support customers, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations. We may share necessary information with service providers, such as hosting, AI, payment and logistics providers, to deliver the service you request. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
